play-off draw while the host team will not--leaving 9 teams, which will be seeded by
Standings.
Should the other SS team make it to the final, they will be Valley 3 and play NSSL-2
while the Valley team will get # 2
Should the final be 2 Valley teams--winner goes in as # 2 and the loser goes on the play
